You will learn to:

Work individually and in teams to solve unique engineering challenges using advanced science and mathematics
Explore, experience, and create innovative projects in the diverse fields of engineering
Invent, design, and apply solutions to complex engineering projects from concept to completion

Description

This one-year program builds a strong academic and engineering foundation and equips students with the skills they need to succeed in post-secondary engineering programs. Using the Project Lead the Way curriculum, students actively explore pre-engineering concepts and principles with a strong focus on problem-solving. The program introduces engineering in a comprehensive, hands-on way and prepares students to excel in future studies and career pathways.

A CADD (Computer-Aided Drafting and Design) certification opens a variety of career opportunities across multiple industries. Here are some potential career paths:

Class Hours

This program may be taken as a half-day session, either in the morning or afternoon, depending on availability and the student’s individual needs.

  • Morning Session: 8:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m.
  • Afternoon Session: 11:50 a.m. to 2:50 p.m.
