The Economic Development Center’s Business Coaching provides clients with assistance solving problems, making decisions and utilizing resources.

Business Development Center Spaces 

• Light industrial space – An area for manufacturing, assembly, small construction companies and shipping & distribution. Other uses will be considered including use as office space.
• Rapid Prototyping Lab/Maker space – Maker spaces provide materials, tools and an environment where people can create, collaborate and brainstorm ideas using 3D printers, smart boards, laser cutters, desktop CNC, heat press, vinyl cutter, support PCs and work tables.
• Art Studios – Provide a secure “studio” space in an area designated for visual artists to commercialize their art. Private and co-working studios available featuring sinks, portable air purifier systems and chemical storage cabinets.
• Commercial kitchen & food processing – Ideal for those who wish to process a food product in quantities too small for co-packers. Also available for catering meals for meetings in our building or elsewhere.
• Office space – Perfect for those businesses that need office space to handle day to day operations or as a transition from home based business to a stand-alone place of business..
• Small and large conference rooms with iTV capability for meetings and large lecture hall for events and presentations.
