More than 200 attend August 11th groundbreaking ceremony for Great Plains Business Incubator.

Great Plains took its next step in fostering economic development in its district on August 11th when it broke ground on a 29,000 square feet business incubator.  The facility will house and nurture small business entrepreneurs, who are engaged in light manufacturing, service businesses, commercial food production or commercial arts.  The goal for each client is to succeed, outgrow the incubator and move into our communities.  As businesses expand they will hire more employees and create new wealth for our district.  The estimated time to construct the incubator is from 12 to 16 months.
